Exercise Programmes
- Our Exercise Programmes are designed by our fully qualified staff to meet YOUR needs and achieve your goals in the most efficient and effective way. Our staff will support you through your 6-8 weeks programme and review your progress after every 6-8 weeks. Each programme starts with a fitness consultation in order for us to design an individual programme best suited to you.
- We are offering Exercise Programmes FREE to our members. Programmes are only available to over 18’s, however sports specific programmes can be given to members of the G.A.A over the age of 16.
