This class is for those people looking to lose weight, tone up, improve fitness or even just to become more active.  No matter what your level of fitness you will feel at home in this class, our qualified instructors will ensure all participants are comfortable with all exercises, The classes can be adapted for all individuals, beginners, intermediates, & even people with advanced levels of fitness.

Every fitness class is different to keep the classes varied & enjoyable for all participants, All areas of fitness will be covered in theses classes!
