Teenage Fitness Classes (Ladies)

Ages 13+
Tuesdays 5.00 – 6.30pm

This class is for those people looking to lose weight, tone up, improve fitness or just to become more active. No matter what your level of fitness you will feel at home in this class, our qualified instructors will ensure all participants are comfortable with all exercises in the class and can adapt all exercises for beginner, intermediate and advance levels of fitness. Every fitness class is different to keep the classes varied and enjoyable for all participants and all areas of fitness will be covered.
